Worse hosting company I've ever used.
So much downtime, so much confusion, no response to multiple support tickets, useless tech support answers..

No Customer Service
This company is the worst, no customer service, We email them to cancel our service 2 months ahead and they still charged our card for a service they were not even providing

Better to spend your money somewhere else
Just check ow many hours your website is up, you can use pingdom.com and you will see your website is up 95% of the time. When I compare this to similar services like 1and1 I realized this services is not good

Whenever I have a problem with my site, I never worry because I know the support guys will always get my problems solved immediately.

I get cut off every month because their billing system is terrible.

The tech support is not good at all and don't understand the issues at hand. They think they are smart but have no idea that the person on the other end may be a developer.

You can't beat the value of Uptime/Support/Packages offered by logicweb. in the last 15 years, my hosts lasted me 1-3 years on average, Logicweb has beaten that record, and is setting the bar higher every year!
