You get whay ypu paid for. The hosting is cheap but ther availability is not very good and the support is not good at all. Can be used if the site is not critical.

MochaHost's support staff was quick to respond to my questions and knowledgeable. They have a wide array of features available for Linux hosted sites. I will soon be trying out their Tomcat features and hope to find they are great as well.

I have just been hosting on their VPS Hosting packages.The customer service has been fantastic.Great support you get replies within minutes to hours usually less than an hour which is quite good actually.

Not reliable in terms of uptime. During downtime periods I did not get any fault reports.

I haven't try it for a year yet. But I think it is ok. I hope when your clients go up. your server not go down. Keep doing good and better service.
But I also need to say one bad think of your service. you have removed usvn interface. I hate this.
