The Soho plan is perfect for me. I tried GoDaddy but switched to MochaHost for its ease of use, and because I felt like GoDaddy was nickel-and-diming me to death. I've had a small problems with tech support, but overall it's been a good experience.

1. Control panel doesnt work
2. I cannot send mail and I opened a ticket, the chat guy escalated the ticket
3. The tech support team closed the ticket because it was not sent from the email which I want to report that it doesnt work.

found out my website was down and took about a week and half before things started to get worked out....was down for about a month and they were able to find out I wasn't transfered over with other when the new webhosting was set up...everything is good

MochaHost is the greatest hosting company ever and believe me that I tried many many companies before them. The only negative spot to my VPS plan is the server reliability and uptime.

We have been with MochaHost almost 2 years now. I can't see us ever leaving! From the beginning to now their customer service is superb. We use the Mocha Linux plan, it more than meets our needs for our ministry and family websites. I highly recommend!
