took a VPS plan & changed my name servers with my registry.But,only after that these guys are telling me that certain features are not available .They arm twist you into paying more.They are a bunch of cheats & crooks.They only waste our time & money

I did face a problem from billing dep,for tech support ill never ask them, for a newbie i don't suggest them, for a techie, you will get worth of your every penny. and one more thing when you purchase an shared or reseller account you have to wait for 24

I've been with MochaHost for over two years and have been generally pretty happy with it. Until recently, that is, until some of my projects started going live and I started running into technical issues.
The technical support is unbelievable poor.

My experience with them has been horrible. No technical support, they just send you tutorials to do it yourself. Very slow responses. As a retaliation for sending several tickets, they delayed on purpose the resolution of an error. Not worth the headache.

Purchased a VPS from them, Had one day where it was working, Configured it, then it went down, after 3 Days they still could not fix the problem so I terminated my account with them, Very Bad Host, Stay Away.
