Been with StartLogic 3 months. Server security is flawed, P/W was compromised. Porn/virus placed on the server. Tech support is NON EXISTENT. Spent 64 minutes once waiting for tech support to answer phone, hung up. Still can't get help from them. TERRIBLE

Every conversation with them was painful, yet they never seemed to know where they were failing. Last call I was on hold 45 min, and dropped 4 times (land line). Never transferred my domain registration, etc.

I normally do not write reviews about a company unless they exceed my expectations or their customer service/support levels are horrendous. Their support is nonexistent and their servers are hardly ever up.

I have been with StartLogic since 4/04. In the 3 years with them, I have had no major problems. To correct a review above, StartLogic DOES accept the standard html from Dreamweaver, etc.

If your website needs forms, then keep away from Startlogic. They do not accept standard html as produced by 3rd party tools such as Dreamweaver. Instead, you have to use their clunky web interface that is very deficient in its capabilities.

The customer service/support is HORRIBLE!
It takes DAYS (at least 3) for them to respond to your tickets.
I called 3 times and NEVER got anyone on the phone. I hung up after 22 min each time!
