Every conversation with them was painful, yet they never seemed to know where they were failing. Last call I was on hold 45 min, and dropped 4 times (land line). Never transferred my domain registration, etc. |

I have been with StartLogic since 4/04. In the 3 years with them, I have had no major problems. To correct a review above, StartLogic DOES accept the standard html from Dreamweaver, etc. |

If your website needs forms, then keep away from Startlogic. They do not accept standard html as produced by 3rd party tools such as Dreamweaver. Instead, you have to use their clunky web interface that is very deficient in its capabilities. |

The customer service/support is HORRIBLE! It takes DAYS (at least 3) for them to respond to your tickets. I called 3 times and NEVER got anyone on the phone. I hung up after 22 min each time! |

Agree with most everyone else, e-mail and customer service are horrible. Price is fairly decent, but they don't offer ASP.NET 2.0 and they haven't been able to figure out when/if they will. |
