Worst webhosting company ever
Our website is down for days and the only explanation is that the server was under a DDOS attack, and now that it is over the website is still down and they are still investigating.....
And this is not the first time this year.

Don't trust them
They will keep taking money from your account, so don't give them your credit card number. Also, they will not refund a penny. They are not trust worthy.

Trapped and letting go
Customer service can take minutes or days for a response. Endless emails to resolve simple issues that take only minutes to resolve with other companies. If you rely on your site for a living, then steer away. Oh, and they are overpriced- shop around.

Initially very good. Recently not so. Lot of spam. Email not accessible 4 times in the last 2 years and down for more than 2 days. no explanation, just 'we are working on it'. Emails not delivered to receivers because their serve flagged for spam

Save yourself grief - Move on!
Let me just list the grief points
1. There is no security on their servers. You will regularly get hacked and they suspend you!
2. Their customer service is inept and rude.
3. Very difficult to cancel. Suspicious finance department.
4. Help takes days

Very, Very Happy
Just came over from a nightmare at Godaddy, They helped me with the domain transfer and migrating my website ... It took 24 hours, but now everything is running perfectly. I think Tom in support is incredible!

Go somewhere else.
I have been in contact with Ryan Hannigan from Vodahost for 5 years now. They billed my annual fee on a monthly basis. They will not return countless my e-mails or pay PAYPAL invoices. DON'T DO IT!!!

try to transfer out of Voda host I have been a customer for over five years and now that I want to transfer a domain they drag their feet
If you are considering Voda host for a host and domain DO NOT give a second thought MOVE ON

Dont ask too many questions
I have been with VodaHost for less than a week and have now been banned for asking too many questions on their support forum. Not my idea of great support. Dont waste your time on these guys they are cheap but you only get what you pay for.

Over my 5 years with Vodahost I have had a few ups and downs regarding problems that occasionally arise but I must say it's been mainly ups with absolutely no problems to report in 2011.
