This is the worst hosting company ever!
PLEASE RESEARCH more into services before signing up with a hosting company. At this point, I know that I wasted hundreds of dollars AND my development time. Take my advice and take your business to a different company.

I am very comfortable with the job Arvixe.
I am happy with the service I receive from Arvixe.
I called the number for Arvixe and have been listening to the 'hold on' music for about 8 minutes though. This surprises me.
I couldn't remember the month or year that I started using Arvixe.

Unreliable email
Since I have moved to ARVIXE the email is repeatedly unavailable. I and my family members have missed important emails and lost income because the arvixe mail server was down. Worst hosting ever!!!

Shell Game
Signed up loaded Wordpress got hacked then server down. Tried to reload Wordpress third party script loader no longer supporting Wordpress. Wanted to transfer domain - they asked me for more money. Run from these people!!!!

Terrible perfomance and customer service
My website has been down on and of for the past few days. At one time for 24 hours. Had to wait hours to be connected with someone on live chat and nobody picks up the phone. Avoid this hosting!

Unreliable web hosting. NOT recommended.
Arvixe web and email hosting are unreliable and slow. Hours of down time every week. Customer service are nice, but slow and unable to solve my problems. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ARVIXE.

The worst service I ever seen
I had no one to talk to. I sent emails and calls dozens of time, All my emails were ignored and no one will answer in the support

Both my websites are down; no support available
Both of my Arvixe hosted sites are down, though my account is current. Their phone support is only M-F 6am-4pm, and their live chat just spins, evidently "experiencing higher than normal chat volume" -- I bet. Arvixe is now officially lamer than GoDaddy.

WORST experience ever - AVOID
My entire site/db went lost - all caused by an non-notified server migration.
8 days, 4 tickets unassigned, hours spent behind useless live chat, no one response!!

Avoid yourself a lot of trouble and find you a real hosting provider

Stay away from Arvixe hosting
My sites, emails & ftp has been down since 6 days now. Nobody picks the phone on their phone number and no one is replying to support tickets. The wait is endless. I have lost more than half of my business clients. It doesn't even let me get a backup now.
