An incompetent, unreliable company-support is useless. Any host that takes weeks to restore web & email services should close up shop and stop torturing people. Just a terrible overall experience. |

Their technical support is one of the worst ever, and they have no customer service. All they have are online people who say they're sorry, but can't help you.

I've been a happy CWI customer for 6 years now. They are everything an ISP wants to be and should be.
Their tech and customer support is top notch - I never go more than 8 hours without a tech response to a question or problem... and often, sooner.
