They are fine when things are working... when something goes wrong, it seriously takes them months to track down the problem and correct it. They have a guy named Clint who does "Live support" -- all he ever does is tell you to submit a ticket.

The first days were kinda bumpy, but I think that's because of my non-English background, or my enthousiasm. But after that I had no problems at all! Great speed, fast support... all I need to provide Suriname with cheap and reliable hosting.

Very quick support response. Downtime is rare and server speed is consistently good. Host packages compared to other hosts offer less, but I'll gladly pay a bit more in way of their great support.

In the rare occurances that I actually required help from the tech staff, I received it in less than 30 minutes. The longest I had to wait for a response was about 25 minutes -- so responsive that they could be mistaken as your stalker. :-)
