I get cut off every month because their billing system is terrible.
The tech support is not good at all and don't understand the issues at hand. They think they are smart but have no idea that the person on the other end may be a developer. |

I've used a lot of hosting companies before, and I've never had tech support that can rival LogicWeb's. I've never waited for more the 1/2 hour for a response, and they almost always have my problem solved within an hour or two. |
