They cannot be reached by phone, they do not return phone messages left at their call-back number, and they are on the blocklist of major companies such as Yahoo and Comcast. The Better Business Bureau rates them an F (on a scale of A-F

Every time I contact them they always say its a technical error, I can not access emails or a stable web page. I wish I did not go with them.

We had a Tomcat crashed, but was because I disabled ASP function in the Plesk control panel. I have dozens of clients hosting via Mocha they extremely happy.

Billing system junk. Security issues (malicious code loaded onto my account) - they blamed a virus on my computer, but I run linux. Support sucks. Couldnt install a SSL cert. Couldnt answer a question about 404 querystring. Worst ... host .. ever.

Ordered VPS hosting. They required photo ID and photocopy of credit card. Bank had me cancel my card after they found out I gave this to them. Failed to set up servers. Failed to refund. Horrible communication. Lost over $700. Other issues too.

Company Response: Dear Drew, Some orders require us to conduct manual payment screening. In such cases our billing representatives send an ID verification ticket for confirming the order. You have received a refund after the cancellation of the account.

Customer service is horrible to say the least. Its like you will feel why...why on earth did I thought of saving a few pennies. Would prefer spending many more $ for knowledgeable support.

Stay away from these people for both Windows and Linux hosting.
