Steer way clear of this provider. Email has been disaster with no real explanation. Takes as long as two days to recieve an email from me. With web only CS and long lag time for response, this is a most frustrating provider deal with.

Service has steadily gone downhill. 3rd time in 10 months email forwarding has stopped working. No response or solutions despite repeated trouble ticked. Attempting to unlock to enable transfer and THAT is never completed either. Being held hostage!!

Bad news. Been with NS for about 4 years, no problems until the last few months. Email forwarding stopped, canned reply to email CS request suggested buying a POP account. Did that, now can't log in to set it up. 3 weeks no email now, slow canned repl

All their links are broken, except for the ones to take your money. The entire content of one of my email accounts was destroyed after the server had been out for a day. There's no support, no help, just money collecting.

I renewed my domain name on 15th Sept'06. Up to now, its not working. When viewers type in www.luganda.com, they are not forwarded to my URL. The web forwarding to my URL is DEAD. All my enquiries are returned as "UNSAFE EMAIL".Have I been ripped?

Since Aug06, email forwarding has been a total disaster. Messages are taking routinely hours and at times days to arrive in my mailbox; such as 9 Oct 06 one message took 5 days. My Authorisation Code for transfer out not arrived either.

In the last year, quality has declined. Slow e-mail forwarding (1-6 hours), problems forwarding, etc. Easy account administration, but nearly impossible to contact tech support or get forwarding problems resolved.

They utilize an anti-SPAM system that arbitrarily decides which emails get through to you. They give no notification when an email has been blocked, and you have no say in how this service works with your email. That is email censorship! Go with NameSe

They are worth no more than a zero. I have had nothing but trouble with them. No customer service or technical support at all. They lie to you. Their telephone is an answering machine. Beware!!!!
