I am very impressed with the Prime Host. I have only been with them for a few months, but will be moving all of my sites to them. Not only are they affordable, the customer service is amazing. I have never encountered such service from a hosting company. |

Constant short outages. Support denies any problems and tries to shift blame. Final straw was when server went down for almost 4 hours due to a DNS problem they caused. Was refused a credit because "they don't have an SLA". Horrible |

"The Short Outages" mentioned are due to propagation hiccups caused by a server upgrade.
While we do not offer an SLA guarantee, our average uptime is in the 99.99 percentile. We've been around since 2001 (do a whois lookup to verify). |
