The support these guys provide is fantastic. Within 1 hour of sending an email to them, we received a phone call and our issue was resolved. We are a very small customer, and I can't help but wonder how great the support must be for larger customers. |

I've used The Prime Host in the past, during their 'golden' years, and things where great. I came back to them after some time only to find out I was paying for an unstable server and connection. Their servers crash daily and their excuses never end. |
