I have used Prime Host services for over 5 years now. Compared to other hosting companies I have used in the last 10+ years, they are hands down the best. The prices are exceptional and service is better than companies charging significantly more money. |

Constant short outages. Support denies any problems and tries to shift blame. Final straw was when server went down for almost 4 hours due to a DNS problem they caused. Was refused a credit because "they don't have an SLA". Horrible |

"The Short Outages" mentioned are due to propagation hiccups caused by a server upgrade.
While we do not offer an SLA guarantee, our average uptime is in the 99.99 percentile. We've been around since 2001 (do a whois lookup to verify). |

I can't say enough positive things about ThePrimeHost.Com! I've hosted websites for years, and i'm disappointed that I didn't find Them sooner. Support issues are answered in minutes not hours, They offer so much more that other companies don't.
