It was very easy to transfer my site from my old host to the webserve. These guys helped me to back up my files from old host. I heard there will be some downtime if I transfer my host but I never noticed any downtime with the *GREAT* host.

Hi I am a web master and our site is hosted on a dedicated server. Managing a website is very easy on cpanel ( of course, every host gives) uptime is good. Tech suport at par and price is also at par.

While the service has been generally reliable and is reasonably full-featured, their support is terrible. They are unresponsive and it always takes many, many days and numerous frustrations to solve even the most minor technical or billing issues.
