avoid webserve.ca at all cost. this company is horrible for a registrar and hosting. cost my company thousands. stay away!!!!!!!!

Our site is down daily. ticket response takes 8-10 hours to respond. cannot get anyone to pick up the phone. Told me they know they have problems and are working on changing the support system and servers

Webserve took my first credit card payment within seconds. But after 4 days, did not activate my account and has not yet done so. I tried calling (gave up after 25 minutes on hold), online chat (never able to chat to anyone ) and email (no reply) BAD!

They suck big time. I regret every second of my purchase. Part way through the year they "migrated the server" - a 30 minute interruption turned into 1/2 a month down. Then they deleted databases. Blind leading blind. Go somewhere else!

This compnay is a SCAM. I had signed up with them for a year but the server after the 30 day trial started going down more often. The webserve would not reply to my email and the last email from me was answered after a week. I call Webserve.ca a scam.

The worst experience in frustration I have ever gone through. Tech support is incompetent and do not understand written English. We can’t get off their service fast enough. Unbelievable incompetence and absolutely no change management process.

Tech support is under-educated, under-staffed, and NOT 24 hour like they state - what you get is call centre with a 24 hour reply canned message. Changes were made to infrastructure, VPS, and site without any approval. Down more than up.
