I am sure the positive reviews for Webserve are lies. According to the website they've won many awards. I've lost over $100. for zero service. This company is one BIG SCAM. Avoid avoid avoid!

Nothing but trouble with them. 'Had to move to another company just to get email! Called the VP of customer service - he couldn't care less. I think the positives are written by the company - how pathetic. Very few positives on the web from real customers

At first ok, now there's never ANYONE on chat, support tickets go unresponded to for DAYS, emails disappear with no bounce messages. Now their help system is broken - try to reply to a ticket, your reply never goes into their system. AVOID WEBSERVE

Uptime in June and July 2006 were unbearable (shared server subscriber). Email was down or slow. I switched hosting company, but had to call direct number (not toll free) to confirm. Make sure you cancel over 1 month in advance!!
