Nighmarish and unreliable service with VPS. Continuous tech issues that took either too long to solve or had no reply to, Weekly downtime some over 10 hours, no follow-up on tech issues. One word: Keep away for now if you value reliabilty and professional

First 30 days -- great!
After that, several times a week, my site or email would go down. Then, the shared server my site was on became blacklisted, and I couldn't send any email. -- Lots of downtime.. Many hassles... and no money back after 30 days. T

I do not recommend them to anyone. I am really sufferiin and I help with moving all sites. Their technical support was good at the beggining and then turned down hill. Too much down time; today, 24 straight of down time and did not come back online!!! God

Awful hosting - what a waste of money. Their support is terrible - they have no idea what they are doing. In 3 weeks my site has been down at least twice a week - and I dont even check it often. Who knows how many times it's down that I dont even knowof

Angry past customer

Customer service and tech support are PATHETIC. Never answer calls, never get back, don't follow thru. Removed service after 3 months sketchy email. No rebates and now they tell me I owe for another year. STAY AWAY from them!!

Tech support is horrible. I spent over an hour eduacting the tech support agent on how DNS works. Very clueless. Upon requesting to communicate to another tech support agent, was refused my request. They would not provide tech support over the phone.

We've been with them for over couples of years now, to be honest we really haven't had a problem with uptime or anything else, over all it's been a great experience for us.

Site was usually down at least twice a month without warning. Most recently down for a whole week and when back online, the most recent backup they had was 2 weeks prior. Technical support okay but seem clueless at times. You get what you pay for.
