Charged me double the price saying it was because "the market rates increased". Funny, because their website prices reflected the price I should have been charged.

I tolerated their poor service and downtime for years - finally went through another bad situation, 3 sites plus email down for 24 hrs during a critical period when advertising. I swore I would spend the next few weeks finding better hosting and did! |

The worst customer service/technical support you can experience. Over the past week I have tried to recolve an issue, each time getting a different answer, random new demands for information, refusal to proceed with a crippling support issue, etc, etc. |

I was with them for years. First of all DO NOT host with them, you will be sorry. I had my site spammed and then blacklisted from Google. Then they traded servers while I was on vacation and my entire compamy had no email or website for days. |

I was a customer with Apollo hosting for many years and they provided good service in the past, but after they were purchased last year by a larger company the service went down hard. Sites down for days, poor support, don't know what they are doing. |

I hosted with Apollo for 5 years (VPS). They were pretty good. They got acquired a few months ago and it has been a disaster.
They are one of the worst hosting companies on the market now. I just switched and would stay WELL AWAY from the new "apollo" |
