The Live Chat Tech Support is awesome and the low cost and great service is why I have been their customer for over 2 years. Apollo's web hosting needs little web knowledge for upkeep. If I can maintain a website, anyone can! Thanks Apollo!

Apoloo have charged my debit card without my permission after THEY closed my account (not accepting debit card payment) and I went elsewhere. Repeated attempts to contact billing got no reply. They are STILL trying to charge me for an unused account. |

IT JUST DOESN'T GET ANY WORSE! My site is always down, I don't get all of my email - Tech support couldn't even send me a message. My business relies on this and who knows how much I've lost! I cancelled and they won't even refund my $ for unused service! |

7 years as a reseller with them and been on the verge of switching several times. Their "tech support" is pathetic at best. I could provide documented examples. Countless UNPAID hours ahead now to switch servers. "Billing dept about email not working?!?!" |

Apollo used to be a very reliable and helpful hosting company, not so any more. When they make system upgrades, certain site features stop working. Support rarely responds to client questions, and does not appear to understand the problem when they do. |

Wholly unreliable. Constantly down with freezing, FTP fails, no good way to backup. They take forever to install updates (years behind on some.) Tech support is hit or miss. I would not recommend to anyone. |
