Web Hosting Review:	Overall we have been very happy with Apollo Hosting. We switched from Tabnet/Verio (which was a nightmare) about a year ago. The control panel is user friendly and the spam filters are great! Overall I would recommend appollo.

Web Hosting Review:	I believe Apollo Hosting has good value for money, but that's it. I have asked them 2 weeks ago to cancel my account and still waiting. Impossible to get an answer.

Web Hosting Review:	Apollo�s inexperienced and inept tech staff created our site�s problems and was unable to timely resolve their own errors or respond to a 3-year client�s inquiries. I�m the president of the company and couldn�t even get the janitor to return my calls!

Web Hosting Review:	Of all the tickets I opened, only 25% were responded to, after 2-3 days. Their solutions were half ass and unclear. Every single issue I resolved myself using the Group Forums, experimentation, and resources/tips from generous colleagues.

Web Hosting Review:	Switched from tabnet/verio and am VERY glad we did. Apollo has been great. Email filters are a godsend and the uptime has been fantastic. I highly recommend Apollo to anyone, especially small businesses like ours.

Pros:	Service is down normally 7 - 10 days out of the month. Tech may or may not get back in touch with you within 2 - 3 days. Email program is slow.
Cons:	Sometimes friendly but not so helpful staff. Not experienced in good excuses for the extensive monthly down time they experience.

Pros:	Support staff are #1. Very quick to respond and they stay with the problem till it is solved
Cons:	Lack of SSH FTP. Also connection to my website is sometimes slower then the old hosting company

Cons:	One incident where an e-mail I sent to tech support was not responded to. Other than that, great.
