I have been a customer for six years. My email has now been down for four days and we rely on this email to operate our business. Technical support is almost impossible to get in touch with. If it doesn't work, it is of no value. |

Continuous problems with e-mail, Plesk functionality and lots of other issues. Tickets take days or weeks to be responded mostly with worthless responses clearly showing an astounding lack of knowledge, competence and willingness. Looking to switch. |

I just cancelled my account with Apollo after 2 1/2 years of fairly good service. Our site has been down for A WEEK with no explanation from the company. The only message from tech support was from 3 days ago which said it would be up in "2-3 hours". |

My email has been non-functional since an upgrade 4 weeks ago and technical support is fairly non existant. Of particular note was a trouble ticket I opened that sat for a week before being replied to with a worthless scripted response. |
