Frequently down for brief periods of time. Posting a notification on the arvixe website that they are working on an issue and a possible expected return to service time would reduce tech calls in these instances.

I think their service has deteriorated over the last 12 months, Performance seems slower. My site was also hacked and the first response from from customer service was "it must have been your fault" not how can we help you. Was excellent, now just OK. |

My uptime with Arvixe (for over two years now) has been 100%. The few times I needed tech support, issues were 100% resolved within minutes (< 1 hr), incl. changing my site's domain suffix. Unqualified endorsement! |

I've been using Arvixe for well over a year...only twice did i use their online help service for questions had...both times i was connected within a few minutes...problem solved...no downtime ever, and fast...:-) excellent service.
