This is the most terrible web hosting I've ever dealt with. My site's uptime has been 22%. I've spent countless hours with tech support. The chat is pretty much useless and a waste of time. Site comes back on for a couple of hours and its down again. |

Worst customer service and technical support ever. Slow responses on chat, low technical level of personnel who cannot solve any issue, and mamanagement that thinks that its only role is to send sympathy emails to annoyed customers. |

Very unreliable. Servers go down every few days on a very regular basis. Tech support is mediocre and largely outsourced/off-site. Do your research before committing. MyBB webmasters, stay away. I paid for two years and have been regretting it. |

I am satisfied with my reseller's account except for one thing. Arvixe has lowered their hosting prices 2 times in my 7 years and they continued to charge me the higher previous rate until I noticed the decrease and contacted them about the change. |

In the past, I tried several different hosts and had problems with all of them like bad support, slow servers, very frequent down times.
Then I found Arvixe in 2004 and been with them ever since. I'm completely satisfied with their service.
