They are liars. NO ON the 24/7 support.
The IT support seems to be farmed out (or at least located) in India. I have had to create numerous tickets over the past year or so. It may be 12 to 48 hours before they respond, always during the late night hours or early morning never weekends.

Never go to them
M6 is y far the worst host. They removed my database and refused to give me the backup unless I paid 60. They charge in foreign currency and you pay the exchange fee even though they quote prices in USD! They have lots of server downtime!

Avoid these guys unless you are signing up for life
I cancelled my account 3 years ago. I removed everything from my web site. They continue to bill me. I tried to close this account several times, talked to several people in tech services and had my credit card company cancel payments. They won't stop.
