Web Hosting Review:	Customer service and tech support are PATHETIC. Never answer calls, never get back, don't follow thru. Removed service after 3 months sketchy email. No rebates and now they tell me I owe for another year. STAY AWAY from them!!

Web Hosting Review:	Tech support is horrible. I spent over an hour eduacting the tech support agent on how DNS works. Very clueless. Upon requesting to communicate to another tech support agent, was refused my request. They would not provide tech support over the phone.

Web Hosting Review:	Site was usually down at least twice a month without warning. Most recently down for a whole week and when back online, the most recent backup they had was 2 weeks prior. Technical support okay but seem clueless at times. You get what you pay for.
