Great Customer Service!
InMotion has always provided the best service...doesn't matter time, or whether it's been via phone or chat. The issues (minimal at that) have always been resolved immediately. This is honestly the one technical support service that I don't dread calling.

Thid time inmotion broke my heart
I have been a fan of inmotion but this time they are facing downtime and support is crappy.

Guy named james put me on hold forever and talked rudely. I said him that none of my site on the VPS is working and that guy said , i can not do anything .

Problems after problems!
We asked to have file upload option, took over 2 months to complete. After update, our form had coding errors and inquiries we received were garbled. I tested the form today and it doesn't even work. Losing business and customers as we speak!
