Support with Emails
I had a variety of problems, mostly caused by my inexperience. I unfortunately had to call three times. The first two times were probably the best "call center" experiences I had, very knowledgeable and patient. The third call the CSR was clueless.

Dissatisfied

Don't ask questions
It took many emails and an hour on chat with billing to just find out the price for a renewal. They referred to a page with directions to links that don't exist, and didn't update my renewal as I requested. Unimpressed!

Hostile Billing
I received a yearly renewal which I declined. I then made a request for a refund. After the transaction completed I was locked out of my site immediately, even though my account is till active for another 20 days. Very unprofessional.

Excellent Staff - Dont rely on their Backups
Excellent staff, awful backups. Part of my site disappeared, asked for the backup & was told it's "unavailable". When I said I will lose weeks of work he said "yeah I know I've been there". Normally very helpful, that was just infuriating.

We don't have a web site yet, but we use their ftp. It is great and so is their service (very prompt). I think that we only had to wait around two minutes. Very good IT people, very knowledgeable.
