Performance is excellent
Performance is excellent when it works, but they've had 3 outages in the past 2 months (each 1-3 hours). No compensation offered. If you need 100% uptime for business, look elsewhere. For personal projects, it's fine.

flexibility
Upgraded from 4GB to 16GB RAM without reinstall - took literally 2 minutes. Most providers make you migrate manually. That kind of flexibility is rare these days.

Zero overselling
Switched from Contabo and the difference is night and day. Zero overselling - my CPU is actually dedicated like they promised. DDoS protection actually works (tested with a small attack from a competitor jealous clients). Very happy.

1Gbits for 8 months
I've been with 1Gbits for 8 months on their Netherlands VPS. The NVMe storage is insanely fast - my WordPress sites load in under 600ms even with heavy plugins. Support actually replies in under 10 minutes at 3 AM my time. Best value I've found so far.

Running a small Mastodon instance for 1,200 active users. CPU credit system never throttles me even during hashtag storms. Daily rclone backups to their Frankfurt bucket are encrypted client-side and cost £0.004/GB. Support helped me tune PostgreSQL for 60 % less RAM usage—real engineers, not script-readers.
