I strongly recommend that you avoid this company - We moved our web hosting to another company and Mr. Ricci continues to bill us, threaten us, & send us made up letters from a bogus collection agency.
Company Response: We take a zero tolerance approach to fraud and theft of services. Mr. Burke is a collection account and his credit report was affected.

I've been a customer of theirs for almost 4 years and have not had a single issue with them. They have helped me with every issue with my domain. I highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THEIR FREE DOMAIN SERVICE. If you true to transfer your domain they will try to block the transfer of the domain name. They claim that they own it. DO NOT USE THEM FOR HOSTING EITHER. Uptime is horrible, the company is a one man show.
Company Response: Domain names paid for by us remain in our name so that we may renew at our expense. When you don't pay your bill you don't get to keep what you never paid for.

Company Response: As a responsible business deliquent accounts are referred to collections. His solution was to have us cancel the invoice under threat of a negative review.

This is a one man operation. If you wish to be called names when requesting customer service, have the provider deflect any responsibility of site failure on his providers, and have a slow responding/dowloading website... this ones for you!!

Been with them a long time, but this week their entire system (100s of sites) has been out (including their own site). They have not sent emails, responded to emails, responded to calls, or put up their support system. Unacceptable.

I was with Bob's service for years but the trouble started when he offered a 'free upgrade' that ended up being a costly downgrade. My service was down 4 times in less than six weeks and so I switched to Godaddy.com. I cancelled 3 mos early but no refund.

This company may or may not provide good reliability, tech support, etc, I don't know (Inever managed to publish my web site) I do know that their attitude is "buyer beware." Once they've got your cc info you're screwed -- "cancelation request denied"
Company Response: As a monthly customer and by accepting a free domain name she was obligated to remain hosted for one year. She broke her agreement.

I have been using Anywherehost for several years and have always been treated well. My uptime is great and I was allowed to take advantage of free upgrade offers as long as my account was paid current.
