Not pleased.
I was recommended this hosting company because they were supposedly good with SocialEngine. I've had my site up for 5 days and already it's been down for 2 days. Not a great way to launch a new website. My new members all think my website is crap now.

It used to be better than this
It used to be good service, now it is not. Major delays caused by an overloaded server, and they told me they were compiling data. A Wordpress site cannot be updated ( 5 minutes to save a widget setting IF it works ). I tried Chat & ticket. Frustrated

The most responsible web hosting for me!
I have been using Arvixe since 2011. I had problem with DNS (this was my issue), but Arvixe guys solved it so rapidly as that was their own problem.
After this when i had to choose hosting for Facebook apps Arvixe had been chosen without doubts.

Good Value for Money
In my 4 or 5 years or so of using Arvixe for my small business, I've found not had any major problems. My customers use my website to order products and I've not had any complaints whatsoever. Arvixe's pricing is also one of the best I've found.
