No costumer support.
I just tried to import my website from one host to atspace.com and it seemed impossible. My website was working fine but than when I changed to atspace I got so many issues that couldn't find answers.
Atspace Custormer Service wasn't a great help.

Even 'free loaders' get excellent service
Started out with a free hosting account. Asked many questions and always got super fast and to the point responses. Never BS.
Never experienced downtime, always excellent performance.

Excellent for the ease of implementing subdomains
I have been so impressed that I have upgraded twice - first from the free version and then from the Basic version so that I can avail myself of the unlimited subdomains (which I use a lot)

Worst Service ever
Worst service ever, With Atspace.com You throw your money in the air, for the service that you will never get.
The last month the service has been interrupted different times for at least 9 hours each time without any prior notice.
