Account cancelled for no reason
I wanted to give them try for price. When I tried to upgrade it, they canceled the account and refused to give me a reason. They are unprofessional and don't need anybody's business. And slow. I'll stick with godaddy.com.

Good Value, Easy to Use
I've used Awardspace for a bit of time now and so far they're one of my faves. The website builder is pretty easy to use, especially if you're a beginner, and there's a wordpress/joomla installer if your goal is to blog. You can get free hosting too.

NO Other Provider EVER Gave Me This Great Of Service!
I'm new to WordPress but installed it anyway. I installed some plugins that caused my site to go down. I submitted a ticket and IN LESS THAN A MINUTE they had reviewed and found a fix for me. I've NEVER found such GREAT service!

Great hosting service
This is a great value company with great features. I needed to put up a quick content management system (I used Wordpress) to host a new blog and I was up in minutes. I am planning to move other sites over soon.

Very Happy - Especially the support is unbeatable
Although I had 1 or 2 downtimes last years due Ddos Attacks I am very happy with AwardSpace. Especially their support is great. I had several coding problems solved and gave me tips how to improve my code - Support for Tech People from Tech People

Worst customer service and bad uptime
I used awardspace.net for 4 years b/c I never felt like going through the effort of switching hosts. Throughout the 4 years they had pretty bad downtime relative to others and they deleted my account without proper notification because of an email script.
