I did ask in live chat about MSSQL db backup/restore features. Support said what these features are exist. But really they are absent.. They took money for 2 months. After this I asked about refund and they just do not any answers

Their support is a joke, receiving litte more than canned responses saying that "We're sorry for the delay" and "Thank you for your patience".

Sorry, but after having my web site and e-mail down for over 36 hours I have no more patience!

Asking DailyRazor for cancellation and a refund it was bluntly pointed out that they have a no refund policy. After that no attempt was made to work this out neither would they acknowledge my emails anymore.
Not a way to do business!

Was a great company until the recent upgrade to 2008 the wheels have fallen off, ive had the database recovery and restore option removed without notice due to server performance issues, 3 days no SQL 99% uptime i dont think so.......
