Fasthosts is cheap, and you get what you pay for, I'm afraid. I have only signed up with them two weeks ago, but had to try to contact their support several times already, because my website fails with a "500 Internal Server Error".

Well other people seem to have been working with a different company. I have found them excellent. 24h service, sometimes a wait, but the staff have been knowledgeable and helpful. I use their Sitebuilder. No real complaints.

I've been using them for eight years but have used other hosting companies and don't understand the reviews on this site. Fasthosts are cheap and reliable. Their servers can be slow sometimes but overall I have no complaints.

Read the reviews online first before agreeing to anything. Read the small print or you will find yourself locked into an auto renewing contract that is paid upfront, very poor customer service and escalation process is mildly threatening. AVOID

AVOID AT ALL COSTS, Why they all allowed to continue to trade is beyond me, server constantly down and slow when they are up.
A multitude of hidden fees make them very expensive.
Non existant customer service, their policy seems to be 'admit nothing'

Utter and total rubbish,not only do they lie to you about the cost of changing servers they also take weeks to answer an email pleading them for an answer about why your website is down.They also take money out of your bank after cancelling acc.

Fasthosts are your worst hosting nightmare. In a nuthshell they offer UNRELIABLE services alongside the POOREST customer support I & MANY others have ever experienced. They also have a well known history of taking un-authorised payments from your card.

Got reseller package 3 years, only 4 sits on it now sites very very slow. fasthosts says nework traffic, I enquire about a deadicated server had simple pre purchase q, sales guy at fasthosts hangs up phone on me. I was shocked.Also deceitful billing.

Services available and controlability of your account through web access is very good, got a problem though and don't expect to have it solved quickly. Took me over a week to get email working!!

simply a rip off . bad, terrible. They have extremely one sided terms and conditions and never refund an error. Just do not deal with the. I had got £120 spend a month with them . I have now got this down to <£30.
