You don't get what you paid for
I ordered managed VPS with cpanel. When I one tried to log in, I found out the didn't even pay for the cpanel license (but took my money for it). Now my server is 100% offline for more than a day according to webmaster tools.

DOWN-Times for about 2 days. No response from technical support. Stupid admins - never go to them!!!
