Host-ed has a good technical support
I am fully satisfied using Host-ed SSD web hosting service. They use Raid 10. Their customer support is wonderful. They respond promptly to emails or you can use the Live Chat. I had a problem at 10 PM one night and got help without waiting at all.

Amazing server specs at unbeatable prices
I have been using Host-ed SSD web hosting (along with RAID 10) for over 4 years now and they rock. Can't fault these guys! They are a budget host, and you have to know your stuff since their service does not include helping newbies.

Well designed with fantastic performance servers. Affordable prices. I do not believe I need more. I like how fast these guys reply on my emails and requests! I know I'm not a good client to deal with, but every time I get real help from them.

Never ever had any downtime that I could document. Host-ed provides great hosting service! When things go wrong, they explain what's happening and what they're doing to fix it and prevent it in future. Lots of features, and I can afford to pay a year.
