I am very impressed with the service
I found during my web hosting with Host-ed that their team has knowledge of everything pertaining to issue we come across on cpanel. Uptime is good, at least in my case, the server never went down till now.

My short review.
I have a few comments regarding host-ed services. Support - I have used that several times - no delays, no downtime, no lost emails. Price - I wish they had cheaper services, but I can afford paying them for it. Thumbs up!

I've been using Host-ed for over 5 years. I've only had minor issues with them. Although they are a tad bit more expensive for their Dedicated servers, they are sure worth it. I recommend them to anyone looking for stable web host.

I am not an expert in web design but found the experience of putting up a site to be much less stressful and complicated than I had expected due to Host-ed's ease of operation and responsive and patient customer service and technical assistance staff.

If you have issues they are corrected quickly
I've had outages, but nothing too long. I was down for over an hour once, but they kept me informed about what was going on. Host-ed price is right for personal and small business needs and the customer service representatives are helpful.

Great customer and technical support
I came from a dog of a host, and it was such a relief to find these guys. I have been here for 9 months, and uptime has been 99.94%. All my questions have been answered within 10 minutes of submission. Server is fast, uploading files is fast, price is low

Very quick responses to tickets
What can I say? Host-ed is incredibly cheap, their support is amazing. I send in an email and it's usually answered within hours. This is a great cheap host for personal or small business'. I would recommend it to anybody.
