Host4biz is overall good. Their technical support is excellent. Recently they have updated the PHP version just in few minutes of request. As for pricing, it's really affordable. Plan to say with them as long as possible.

The Tech-Support has been phenomenal!
It's hard to begin this review. Host4biz is helping a non-profit with hosting services and the Tech-Support has been phenomenal! I've never built a website before and have had to contact support with some questions that an experienced person would not need to. Everyone I've interacted with has been patient and extremely helpful.

Each issue I have had has been successfully resolved in a timely manner and in the easiest way possible, which is extremely important to me being tech-illiterate with no other tech support aside from their support.
