I have been with HostEasier for a few years as a server renter, and have always found them good to work with. It is far easier if you are technically inclined as the service is better and faster if you know what you are talking about with them. A-

I was with HostEasier for two and a half years and it was very very good web hosting experience. They are a real firm, they take their job seriously and I LOVE THAT.
Support is top notch, and the speed of response is pretty good also.

I am fed up with these guys! When the server (VPS) goes down it takes hours for them to get it back up AND *I* have to notify them that it is down every time. Their support just sucks. Nobody seems to know anything. Stay away!!!!

I have been with hosteasier for around a year and a half. I have some doubts about the knowledge of the staff, although they are competent. I rarely experience downtime, but some periods are slower than others. Host easier is great for the price
