I like their hosting and plans - but customer service is definitely NOT their strong suit. Though every email gets a 'ticket number' my emails often go answered. When I call support (and actually get someone), I often get bad attitude and short answers.

Very poor . I will not continue or go back to them . They do not respond to emails or phone calls ...I will not be a customer much longer with them as the plans to move to a diffrent server are already in the works !

Overall very reliable hoster, never encountered a problem with them
Company Response: there may be cheaper providers which are just as good
