At last I found a the data center I needed!!
After trying with many local and US based hosting providers with frequent down times or poor support services, I have finally found in Racknation the trusted data center I have always looked for. I am happy to say that I am not changing anymore!

Fixed my email issues with Racknation
We suffered quite a bit with some third party provider that hosted our email services, we are a SAP R3 provider so email is of essence for our business, Racknation support moved our email and migrated to their cloud in record time, all is perfect, thanks

Cool Tools / Great Support / No Downtime
After a trip to CR I decided to try Racknation cause i simply loved the tico "pura vida" experience, decided to host our canadian store with them and its been "tuanis" (all good) , no issues, no down times, hosting in CR is a little more pricier i think.

Finally low latencies !
We used to host our SAP Business 1 servers in rackspace which is quite expensive, since we are located in CR and PA , our latency times were a little high to rackspace servers. We decided to move to Racknation for improved connection times ... HAPPY

Over 2 years of great uptime
Uptime is crucial for us, we are a credit card processor so down time means loss! , We decided to use racknation colocation space over 2 years ago and haven't looked back. Tickets always responded within 20 minutes or less, gotta love that.

We are a local accounting firm which has been providing our clients with their own accounting servers as a pre-made package. Its been great, we love racknation support which is critical for us since we handle financial info. Highly recommended

Solid Cloud Servers
We moved all our CRM, Mail Servers and Database Servers to the racknation cloud using their high performance storage option, the IOPS we get are awesome, very happy with their cloud platform and connectivity.

Great bunch of guys
Racknation helped us to migrate our online gourmet coffee store from another terrible hosting company in CostaRica , they completed the migration in record time, its been great. TicoGift.com has been up and running since then without any issues.

The best offshore service we have used
