"Fanatical support" is total BS. Forced migration of servers. Servers down for days due to failure to test Linux config. Refuse to keep spares handy. Won't issue new IP's. I am sick to think about the money we've wasted and traffic/revenue we've lost

The worst ever hosting company with "fanatical" support. They just advertise as "fanatical", but really they are like any other cheaper hosting provider.
