Not a Good Experience
"I've purchased hosting on behalf of a government hospital and used a free domain name that was included with the plan. However, due to your new policy, I am now being asked to pay for these previously free domain names. This has created a concern for me as I currently have two active hosting plans with five domain names in total, two of which were supposed to be free. The increased cost of renewing these additional domain names, combined with the already higher pricing compared to other hosting providers, has left me feeling dissatisfied with the service. I hope that you will reconsider this policy to better serve your customers
Company Response: We are very sorry to hear that you didn’t have a great experience. Please keep this thing in mind no company is offering free domain on renewal to manage all the cost including (hardware, software and domain registry fee) at such a low price.
