They have great PHP support, even on the weekend. I was trying to find some of my own errors and they spotted it right away and helped me fix my script, I can't say enough about Sheer Web. If you want great uptime and support, they are the best.

I use a monitoring program and I see my site loads fast and does not show any downtime. Sheer Web Host lets you have unlimited additional domains, as long as you don't go over your disk space. The Cart32 support is great.

Significant downtime problems over the last few months. We had been a long term customer, but are now exploring other options. We have already moved our email to another provider.
Company Response: With our upgraded server network, casnc.com is up and running fast again with no problems. We advised them that the shared server they are on would not support their heavy business mail needs.

At present time I am unhappy with downtime and it is affecting my on line business. Has been an ongoing since February. The last week site was slow and now am totally off line. Amazingly their site is still online. Wish I had same service!
