Terrible setup experience and useless technical support...
My renewal with another hoster was coming up and I was looking for cheaper options. I have transferred a domain to spaceship over a year ago and had no issues. I decided to give them a try since the price was very tempting for 2 years of hosting. Well, from the moment I started my trial, I was met with a very confusing management interface, non-working services, and very very low-skilled technical support staff, who were not helpful at all. My website has been down for almost 3 days before I decided to give up on their services. Thank god I had a free trial and didn't pay up front.
