When you use the online chat, someone answers pretty much instantaneously. You can't ask for more than that! And they are willing to help you out in any way they can. I've had my website with Speedehost offshore hosting for a number of years. It's solid as far as being up and running at all times.

I was having difficulties sorting out my email set up on outlook and sent an email to the support email address, not expecting any reply as it was a Sunday. To my complete surprise not only did I get an acknowledgment but 10 minutes later an email from SpeedeHost tech guys with instructions to start the TeamViewer section so that he could help me. I am happy running my websites at their offshore VPS hosting accounts. Thanks.
