really helpful, fantastic, extremely quick support - I am no expert but they always explain and simply and effectively talk me through the solutions to any problems I have (and the few problems there are tend to be my own doing!)

I love Valcato because of the staff, the service, the technology and the price. You're not just customer number 'x' and they reply quickly and accurately to support tickets. I install everything (WordPress, Joomla, MyBB etc.) and have never had problems.

Having a dedicated server with Valcato Hosting just let's me sleep through the night - absolutely no worries! The support is great and the quality outstanding! Having been with many (well known) hosts I can only say that Valcato tops them all!

I really like Valcato hosting. I needed a custom mx record and their technicians manually created it within hours and on the weekend if I remember right. Then, they upgraded the cpanel - not just because of me but it sure was great to get the fast service
