11/29/2019, I have a Dedicated Server set up at VPS9.net (Russia Servers - Plan1 - 4sxcCP.vps9.in). 12/04/2019, I still have not received the Dedicated Server as announced, I have asked them to refund but they do not answer me anymore.

Issue with rosy - customer service associate
