They ruined my website. I have no file manager, edit text shrinks everything together and I cannot use the font I want. Now my MP3 music files won't work. The most popular in the world, and the don't support it.

Spurious price increases - no announcement - bad service - poor customer service ... Good hosting companies will put web.com out of business |

Beware! There customer support is the worst I experienced. Then when I went to cancel it they give you the run around and charge you a $25 cancellation fee. Real scam they are running. |

I've seen bad businesses, but this one is probably the worst out there, not just among web hosts, but overall. I used to have my account with Interland and that was about 3 on a 0-4 scale, but when they sold to Web.com things started going downhill quick |

Their technical support is WORTHLESS. They migrated my website on 12/01/2008, did not setup the proper permissions on the migrated server and have my website down since 12/01/2008; we are now 12/14/2008 and they still have not resovled the issue. |
