Web Hosting Review: They ruined my website. I have no file manager, edit text shrinks everything together and I cannot use the font I want. Now my MP3 music files won't work. The most popular in the world, and the don't support it.

Stink.

Web Hosting Review: web.com is a bad, bad company... Goodbye web.com - I give you 6 months - then bankruptcy, failure, or worse...

Spurious price increases - no announcement - bad service - poor customer service ... Good hosting companies will put web.com out of business

Web Hosting Review: Piece of crap in every department. NOne of the departments have any idea what the other group does or what their so-called rules are. I was promised a custom website per my specifications- what I got was a template. I can edit a template myself. STAY AWAY

Web Hosting Review: Beware! There customer support is the worst I experienced. Then when I went to cancel it they give you the run around and charge you a $25 cancellation fee. Real scam they are running.

Web Hosting Review: Happy Interland customer for 9 years -- they migrated 3 sites in Jan 09 -- major problems with using Access DB, application pool quickly exhausts and site goes down. Tech support responsive but unable to solve

Web Hosting Review: I've seen bad businesses, but this one is probably the worst out there, not just among web hosts, but overall. I used to have my account with Interland and that was about 3 on a 0-4 scale, but when they sold to Web.com things started going downhill quick

Web Hosting Review: Their technical support is WORTHLESS. They migrated my website on 12/01/2008, did not setup the proper permissions on the migrated server and have my website down since 12/01/2008; we are now 12/14/2008 and they still have not resovled the issue.

Web Hosting Review: Technical support is totally incompetent. I know more than they do and when I explain what needs to be done to fix a problem, they have no clue what I am talking about. The close incident reports before you have any input or verify the problem is resolved
