I first signed up with 2Cloud VPS hosting because the price was extremely reasonable, and i had heard good things about their support. Pricing is much better than my two previous hosts. I do see that some other hosts offer cheaper pricing - but you will get what you pay for. I recommend this decent web host.

Excellent Customer Service
A friend recommended 2cloud servers almost 5 months ago. After using the hosting control panel for the first time I was impressed with many useful features! Their prices are superb, but their support surpasses any kind of support I have ever received from any host anywhere. Tickets are responded to within minutes, and they go out of their way to make sure your problems are solved, even if it's nothing to do with them.

My websites are in good hands
I have never regretted moving to 2Cloud dedicated server and highly recommend them. After some initial problems with the settings we contacted the support team and received a super quick response which was really helpful and solved the issue. We have never had any downtime using this service, and the pricing for the managed server packages is fair and transparent.

I'm proud to say that the layout which most followers and fellow website owners never fail to commend is all my idea. I started using 2Cloud hosting a few months back on the recommendation of a co-worker of mine. I'm amazed at the level of service that they provide given the price they charge. It has been a very pleasant 3 months of service. This experience has been great. My site is almost always up (10 minutes downtime last month - up for about 99.98% of the time). I plan to stay put with 2Cloud provider. Great features.

For service and support I give 2Cloud a 10/10 and I highly recommend them. It should also be noted that I started out on a custom package after talking with sales and eventually worked my way up to one of their normal plans so if you need a custom plan talk to them as they will probably be able to work with you. I am happy using their services!

Very good and quick service!
I switched to 2Cloud after having enough of the downtime with my old host. I raised lots of tickets as I had never moved hosts before and needed some help. The response times are lightning fast. These guys are the best out there, they offer great services, and customer support.

Good price, performance, and features
You have a great service. I'm a web developer and I host all the sites I build for my customers with you because i can count on you reliability and know that I will get customer support when needed. thx guys. 2Cloud's technical people are doing phenomenal work. You must have trainers working there because everything makes perfect sense and starts gently and at the beginning. It is SO cool to see such care being taken with teaching an obviously excellent system!
